Stay in Toronto
I love the school. My teachers Rosanna and Rosemary are very very good professors. I have difficulties with pronunciation and they help me so much. They are very good. I like the classes and I like the classroom. The space is superb. This is a very good and very nice experience for me. Before coming to Toronto I thought I was too old to do this. My children said, "mom go! go!" I decided to come because I had a lot of difficulty speaking and now I am happy because I understand better. I wanted to stay longer but now I can't. Suzanne. |

Stay in Italy Hello The school is of quality as well as the residence, but the bed was a little bit old. I was made there and I spent an excellent stay to the point that I suggest returning next year. I am delighted to get to your services, it is practical when we do not know where to go. | Stay in Valparaiso Hello, Yes that is much better now. I have now two professors and sessions of several hours per day to try to catch up the lost time. I believe that the manageress of program was sorry, but I assure you that the other professor made me fell frustrated. It was really no quirk of my part and I think that without having reacted, I would have returned very sad of my experience. I do not ask for miracle either, just that people speak to me as a normal person ........ For the rest OK. Do not worry yet anymore. I believe that we took my complaints very seriously. I have them moreover make in a very polite way. I'll speak to you in January about it. My boyfriend arrives next Friday and we leave for 6 weeks. Goodbye and thank you for your help. | Hello Sir, I am very satisfied with classes, the professor is really very good. There are several organized conducted tours and it is very well. The family is indeed, it is a little bit different from Canada, but not in the aspects I shall have thought. Clothes do not dry very fast outdoors and as I foresee a journey of 3 months in Europe afterward, I did not take a lot of things. Too bad! suppers are very good I cannot complain. Let us say only that the "feelings" are not very positive between J. and me (another girl who is there seems to have also problems with her). I am going to discuss it with the school. | Stays in Ecuador and in Argentina As for the journey in Argentina, it was not bad as you said to me. I preferred Equator, but I found all the same that it is a beautiful country and people of Argentina are as gentle as the Ecuadorian. As you warned me, in Tierra del Fuego, there was nothing to be made for it, in fact, there were many things to be made, but in winter, all the roads are blocked or mainly closed and the tourism is not well developed during this season, so the possibilities are finally restricted. I liked on the other hand Iguazu falls and Bariloche, Calafate is very beautiful. As for Boenos Aires, it is a pleasant city, and I found it more secure than Quito. As for courses, in Boenos Aires, my teacher was very competent and very diligent. I am satisfied with courses I had there. To Bariloche, on the other hand, the teacher I had was super kind, but had not enough experience (it was one of the first times she taught) I appreciated the country and people, there is a lot to see and it is very interesting. As for the school, I preferred the one that I had in Equator. I get private classes there. The classes were there better. And as for prices, since the devaluation, they have lowered a lot in Argentina. In fact, I know I am a customer enough demanding, I apologize for it. I don't want to complain too much but rather to say how I found my journey. I do not hold against you of my disappointments, because you already warned me that you already had a customer who had preferred courses in Peru rather than in Argentina and also the families, thus this way my comments are exactly those you had already mentioned to me. You gave me a great service. Thanks for that. Altogether, I am satisfied with my journey, or rather, the purposes that I had settled were reached (get back my Spanish and visit a beautiful country), Mr B. |
